Do I need to bring the van anywhere?
No. We work at your lot, depot, or yard. Your vehicles stay where they are and your drivers stay on their routes.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes. We're available 7 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, so we can work on vans after routes end and have them ready the next morning.
Where do you go?
Madison, Fitchburg, and DeForest. If you're outside that area, call anyway. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
What should I send when I reach out?
The vehicle (year, make, model), where it's parked, and what's going on. A photo, warning light, or code reading helps us show up with the right parts.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We tell you what's needed and what it costs before we do the work. Quotes are estimates, since some repairs depend on what we find and on parts availability.
Do you keep records for our fleet?
Yes. Every vehicle gets a written invoice and service history you can keep for your fleet files.
